We cordially invite you to "Santa Tasting Week." This unique three-day culinary experience will transport guests to the heart of Lapland – the land of Santa Claus, winter flavors, and Scandinavian nature. Chef Bartosz Kamiński will prepare a signature five-course tasting menu inspired by the cuisine of Finland and northern Europe.

Each dish will be an interpretation of local traditions – featuring ingredients such as reindeer, wild berries, cloudberries, juniper, conifers, and game. The menu will be paired with a selection of traditional Finnish spirits: cloudberry liqueurs, sahti beers, glögi, and infused vodkas and spirits from the north.

The festive decorations will be executed with restraint and attention to aesthetics, without kitsch – in the style of Scandinavian minimalism.
