Sea Soul Spa at Sheraton Sopot Honored with Two Spa & Wellness Awards 2026

Sea Soul Spa at Sheraton Sopot was recognized during the Spa & Wellness Awards 2026 gala organized by Świat Hoteli magazine, winning first place in two prestigious categories: Hotel Fitness Zone and Hotel Spa Zone.

This exceptional achievement confirms Sea Soul Spa’s consistently implemented philosophy, based on a holistic approach to well-being and a harmonious blend of relaxation, physical activity, and rejuvenation inspired by the proximity of the sea.

Sea Soul Spa – Seaside Wellness in the Heart of Sopot

Sea Soul Spa is a seaside wellness destination inspired by the Baltic Sea. In harmony with nature, it draws on the sea’s ever-present rhythm to offer a unique sense of balance and tranquility, providing the highest level of relaxation and regeneration, as well as an active and inspiring leisure experience.

Wellness rituals tailored to different times of the day—from morning yoga sessions accompanied by aromatherapy to evening relaxation ceremonies—create a holistic experience for both hotel guests and spa members. The spa offers unique massages for women and men, as well as treatments in a dedicated couples’ treatment room, welcoming not only couples but also friends, mothers and daughters, and fathers and sons.

The treatment area features 11 treatment rooms and exceptional therapies performed using world-class skincare brands such as Aromatherapy Associates, Natura Bissé, and Phytomer. The team includes highly qualified specialists, among them a participant in the World Massage Championships.

Guests can also enjoy the Rasul bath—a unique cleansing and skin-nourishing ritual rooted in the Moroccan hammam tradition—as well as a relaxation room where they can unwind with aromatic tea after treatments while browsing a carefully curated selection of bestselling books.

The perfect complement to the treatment offering is the Spa Experience wellness zone, featuring a swimming pool with a counter-current system, a hydropool filled with Sopot’s therapeutic brine, an infrared sauna, a Finnish sauna hosting regular sauna ceremonies, an aromatic steam bath, a brine sauna, experience showers, rain grottos, and heated stone loungers (tepidarium).

Beyond Spa Treatments

The treatment area and Spa Experience zone are only part of what Sea Soul Spa offers its hotel guests and spa members, who currently number around 100.

For fitness enthusiasts, there is a spacious gym and a fitness studio hosting classes such as yoga, body mobility, healthy spine workouts, and circuit training. All classes are complimentary for hotel guests and spa members. Hotel guests also enjoy free 24-hour access to the gym.

Sea Soul Spa regularly organizes author talks, exhibitions, and wellness events such as Global Wellness Day, International Yoga Day, and World Wellness Weekend, many of which are free and open to guests and the local community. Taking advantage of its seaside location, the spa and hotel also host unique events, including beach yogilates sessions with Ola Żelazo.

Exclusive experiences are prepared for spa members, including beach integration events and social gatherings. Sea Soul Spa is also home to Power Talk, a series of complimentary meetings hosted by Mateusz Kusznierewicz for hotel guests, spa members, and the local community, featuring inspiring speakers. Recent guests have included Joanna Jędrzejczyk, Natalia Partyka, and Joanna Flis.
