Sopot restaurants featured in the prestigious Gault&Millau guide

The 2026 Gault&Millau Poland Best Awards Gala will go down in history as a culinary icon in Poland. The Yellow Guide has returned after five years, rewarding the best professionals in the food service industry.

On March 9th, the Best Awards gala took place at the Presidential Hotel in Warsaw, which also featured the premiere of the latest edition of the yellow Gault&Millau Polska 2026 guide. Several hundred guests attended the event: chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and representatives of the food service industry. For Polish gastronomy, this marks the return of an important guide. The first edition of the national edition was published in 2014 and ran for six years. In 2020, the project was suspended during the pandemic, which has hit the restaurant industry particularly hard.

What is the Gault&Millau Guide?

Inspectors visit establishments anonymously and pay attention not only to the taste and presentation of dishes, but also to the restaurant's atmosphere, service, location, and coherence of the overall concept.SOT members recognized in the Gault&Millau Guide:
  • Arco Restaurant by Paco Pérez in Gdańsk
  • Treinta y Tres Restaurant in Gdańsk
  • White Marlin Restaurant in Sopot
  • Fisherman Restaurant in Sopot
  • Petit Paris Restaurant in Sopot
  • L'entre Villes Restaurant in Sopot
  • Blugrass Restaurant in Sopot
