Wednesday, September 30th, is the last day on which an admission fee is charged for entry to the Sopot Pier. From October the 1st, the pier will be free of charge during the off-season.

The Sopot Pier — the city’s most iconic landmark — welcomes residents, tourists and visitors to enjoy walks and boat trips during the off-season. Free admission to the pier is one of the city’s greatest attractions outside the peak tourist season. Sopot is full of life all year round, so it is well worth visiting in autumn, winter and spring and enjoying a health-promoting walk along the Sopot Pier. According to available data, the concentration of iodine at the end of the pier is twice as high as on land.
