Although the jubilee 10th edition of the Sopot Organ Evenings has come to an end, lovers of organ music will have two more opportunities to meet artists during summer concerts organized by the Promień Sztuki Association. The “Sopot Organ Evenings – ENCORE” series will take place at the Evangelical-Augsburg Church of the Savior in Sopot. Admission is free.

The August events will also provide an opportunity to discover the unique instrument housed in the church. The historic organ, dating from 1919, has recently undergone repairs to malfunctioning components as well as tuning. The organizers hope that the concerts will draw listeners’ attention to the value of this remarkable instrument and the need to care for and preserve it for future generations.

The “Sopot Organ Evenings – ENCORE” series is a natural continuation of the jubilee edition of the festival, inviting residents and visitors alike to continue discovering the beauty of organ and chamber music in the unique setting of this historic church.

14 August 2026 (Friday), 6:00 p.m. – Between Silence and Light
Natalia Welcz – mezzo-soprano
Marlena Neć – organ

16 August 2026 (Sunday), 6:00 p.m. – Between Bach and Paderewski
Marta Gębska-Jezierska – viola
Waldemar Krawiec – organ

Both concerts will take place at the Evangelical-Augsburg Church of the Savior in Sopot.
Admission is free.
