NAMI JumpOFF Hipodrom

NAMI JumpOFF Hippodrome is a series well-known to equestrian enthusiasts in the Tricity area, featuring show jumping competitions held at the Hippodrome during the indoor season. The competitions are open to all age groups – you can watch the competitions of both the youngest and beginners, as well as experienced riders. Despite their regional nature, competitors from beyond Pomerania participate in the competitions, and each edition has consistently enjoyed great popularity over the years.

Show jumping is the most popular equestrian discipline – in 2024, there were 11,000 registered competitors licensed by the Polish Equestrian Federation and regularly competing in sports competitions. It's no surprise, then, that show jumping dominates the Sopot Hippodrome calendar, from regional competitions to the most important, the CSIO in June. The rules are clear: each competition involves a different height of obstacles and a slightly different "route" for the rider and horse to complete. Obstacles are numbered, and competitors familiarize themselves with the course before each competition, walking it and planning their ride. Penalty points are awarded for knocking down a crossbar, as well as for exceeding the time limit.

This season, the Hippodrome also invites you to national show jumping competitions and children's and youth competitions. The latter is aimed at the youngest competitors, but this doesn't mean beginners, as the Sopot show jumping arena also hosts young champions and winners of competitions in Poland and Europe. The Children's and Youth Competitions (DiM) fulfill the Hippodrome's mission of equestrian education. It is also a natural continuation of the horse riding lessons that countless young people receive at the Hippodrome's riding schools.

Admission to the indoor competitions is free.
