Promotion of Sopot in the Danish magazine "Rejser"
From January 15-18, 2026, the Sopot Tourist Organization organized a press trip for journalists from Scandinavia. One of the guests was Brian Schæfer Dreyer, a Danish journalist who writes for Denmark's most popular magazine, "Rejser," which has a readership of 300,000. The visit aimed to promote Sopot during the off-season, extending the tourist season and showcasing the city's rich tourist offerings. The resort is a year-round tourist destination, attracting visitors not only in summer but also in autumn, spring, and winter.
During their study tour, the journalists discovered the city's culinary delights, visiting restaurants such as L'Entre Villes, Do Brzegu, Petit Paris, and M15. They also experienced winter swimming and sauna bathing at the M15 saunas. They also discovered the city's cultural side by visiting exhibitions at the State Art Gallery. The weather was favorable, and the journalists had the opportunity to discover the resort's charms in winter with guides Łukasz Zemła from Poland by Locals and Eliza Wasiewicz from Retro Tour Gdańsk, visiting areas such as the Seaside Spa Trail, the Forest Spa Trail, Łysa Góra, the Forest Opera, and the legendary Grand Hotel. They also visited Sopot and explored the most beautiful spots in our resort.
Following the study tour in Sopot, the journalist wrote an article about Sopot, recommending that Danes visit the Baltic pearl outside the peak tourist season. This is one of the activities carried out as part of the "See You in Sopot" campaign promoting the city of Sopot during the off-season.
