Situated just 80 meters from the Baltic Sea, our two dry saunas will help relax your muscles and let you leave the stresses of daily life behind. The only saunas in Sopot located directly on the beach, operating during the autumn and winter season - from October to March. The facility features two dry saunas offering a beautiful view of the sea. The sauna complex hosts various events, sauna nights, ceremonies, and guided sessions. SPZOZ MSWiA Health Resort Sanatorium is a rehabilitation and sanatorium center. Its scope of activity includes health resort treatment and medical rehabilitation. The center promotes a holistic approach to the patient by selecting comprehensive treatment methods that include balneology, rehabilitation, psychotherapy, a proper diet, and recreational activities.
The Center provides highly specialized healthcare services in rheumatology and rehabilitation. It hospitalizes adult patients across 3 Rheumatology Wards and children in the Pediatric Rheumatology and Rehabilitation Ward. The Multispecialty Clinic accommodates patients in both adult and pediatric rheumatology outpatient clinics. The Medical Rehabilitation Department provides services including physical therapy, kinesitherapy, balneotherapy, and therapeutic massage. Patients can also use a full-body cryochamber and a pool, where rehabilitation exercises are conducted under the guidance of physiotherapists in warm brine sourced from the St. Adalbert spring.
