Seaside Spa Trail

If you prefer inhaling iodine instead of filling your lungs with forest air, a walk along the Seaside Spa Trail is the perfect choice. Attractive spaces with a wide range of active leisure opportunities await you here.

The trail begins at the Balneological Institute. Along its nearly 4-kilometer route, walkers will find attractive green spaces, recreational areas such as a mini-golf course, children's playgrounds, brine graduation towers, and a wonderful sensory garden on the meadows, where the trail ends.

Along the way, you'll encounter exercise equipment, information boards, and tips on how to best utilize such a unique location with such clean air to strengthen your body. There are also interesting facts about the history of the Sopot resort and, of course, graduation towers, where you can relax and breathe in the brine air.

Forest Spa Trail

Everyone needs a break from work and the daily hustle and bustle of the city from time to time. There's probably no better place for tranquility than a walk in the forest. "Forest Therapy" promotes calm, reduces stress, strengthens the immune system, boosts energy, and supports the body in healing various ailments.

The Forest Spa Trail offers two routes to choose from. They have a similar level of difficulty. Both begin on Moniuszki Street – at the stairs. However, they differ in distance. The shorter route is approximately 1,100 meters and leads around Morskie Oko. Choosing the longer route, approximately 2,200 meters long, will take you past Morskie Oko and also bypass the Forest Opera. It also offers two viewpoints.

Both routes feature exercise and recreational equipment. It's worth trying them out and staying fit during your hike. Active recreation not only soothes your senses but also provides proper oxygenation and positively impacts your overall well-being.
