1. SAUNAS ON THE BEACH

In Sopot, outside the high tourist season, you can use two saunas on the beach, which have sea views, located at the M15 Restaurant and at the Limitless by Autopay (Hestia 5 street). Here you can jump into the sea, and after a refreshing bathe, enter the sauna, where your body will fully regenerate, and you will warm up and relax with a beautiful view of the sea and the pier. This is an experience you will remember for a long time!

2. ICE RINK BY THE PIER

The Sopot ice rink at Skwer Kuracyjny is a place you absolutely must visit out of season. It is a winter oasis of entertainment that allows you to enjoy the charms of active leisure in the winter. Without crowds and with a guaranteed great atmosphere, it offers not only excellent conditions for ice skating, but also warm drinks and treats in the nearby catering outlets. The ice rink operates from December to February and is open daily from 10:00 to 22:00. There is an on-site skate and baby walker rental.
 

3. CROSS-COUNTRY SKI TRAILS

Do you love cross-country skiing and spending time in nature? We invite you to the cross-country skiing trails in Sopot. The first cross-country skiing trail was marked out on the Sopot Meadows and is over 400 meters long. Other places worth recommending are the Tri-City Landscape Park, city parks and the beach. Winter in Sopot is the perfect time for active outdoor leisure. Running, surrounded by winter nature, is a great way to stay fit and discover the beauty of Sopot in a new way.

Seaside Spa Resort Trail

The Seaside Spa Resort trail is a new trail on the map of Sopot. The trail was created in 2023 as part of the celebrations of the 200th anniversary of the Sopot resort. The trail includes exercise equipment and bilingual boards – in Polish and English. The boards contain interesting facts about the history of the Sopot resort and, of course, graduation towers, where you can relax, breathing in the brine-filled air.
